Menu for Sunday May, 16 2010.
1-2Tbs Olive Oil
about 3/4 box of Linguine Pasta
1 Bunch Broccoli
1/2 Cup Butter plus 2Tbs to cook chicken in.
1 Cup Cream
1 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Salt/Pepper to Taste
Romano Cheese if desired (to top dish)
Cook pasta according to directions. Steam broccoli. Cut chicken into strips and cook in 2tbs butter until cooked through an slightly browned. Heat cream and butter until melted, add Parmesan Cheese, salt and pepper.Mix noodles, chicken and broccoli top with Romano Cheese. Serve with salad and bread. Not very figure friendly, but very Yummy!!
