Tuesday Night’s Dinner


2.5lbs Chix

2 Cans Basil,Garlic,Oregano Diced Tomatoes

1 Can Black Olives Sliced

Olive Oil

1lb Pasta of your choice (I usually use thin spaghetti or angel hair)

Boil noodles according to box directions. Cut chicken into chunks and saute in about 2tbs of olive oil until just about done .  Add 2 can of tomatoes to chicken and cook down for about 20-25 minutes on medium heat.  When chicken mixture is done serve over noodles.  I like to add a little extra olive oil and black olives before serving. This is one of my nieces favorite dishes, and is good hot or cold.
