DInner at 8:00pm

We didn’t get home from baseball until 7:45 tonight and we were starving.  Luckily I had chix breast thawed out.

BBQ Chix- I cut up in chunks (cooks much faster), sauteed with onion, dab of EVOO(extra vigin olive oil), salt/pepper and added BBQ sauce at end.

Parmesan Noodles- 1 bag cooked whole grain egg noodles, 2 tbs butter, 1/2 cup parmesan chz, dash of salt/pepper/garlic salt/onion powder.

– applesauce (I made last fall)

I threw the applesauce in there as the fruit/veggie!
